This project looked at making login faster, safer and easier through passwordless authentication. I worked with developers and product teams to simplify complex flows and design a modern, accessible experience. The result we aim for is a smoother sign-in journey that reduces support tickets and helps users feel confident and secure.

While exploring ways to improve our login experience, I uncovered a major security risk, users and partners could disable two-factor authentication to access accounts. What started as a small audit evolved into a cross-product service challenge. By mapping our authentication flows, running workshops, and collaborating with developers, I helped design a safer, more consistent login process that balanced security with usability and set the foundation for future passwordless authentication.

Recognising accessibility gaps across our B2B products, I led efforts to embed inclusive design within our design system. I established accessibility acceptance criteria, guided developers on implementation, and organised Global Accessibility Awareness Day to raise awareness company-wide. Through structured audits, testing, and continuous collaboration, accessibility became an integrated part of our design and development process, shaping how we build and deliver products.
